WHO 

STARS COMMUNITY EMPLOYMENT SERVICES is a division of Scottsdale Training and Rehabilitation Services, a private non-profit corporation established in 1973 to provide people with disabilities the opportunities and resources to achieve their highest individual levels of personal, social and economic independence.  Since 1975 we have contracted with RSA to provide employment services in the East Valley.

We currently provide on-going training and support services to more than 25 individuals in the Metro Phoenix area.  Most are working above the minimum wage and work 30 hours a week on average. Our Supported Employment individuals have been with their current employers an average of 8+ years as of this year.

We utilize a collaborative team approach that involves the input and expertise of each team member in the development of each client’s employment goals.
