On May 13th, 2023, STARS held its highly anticipated 50th Anniversary Fiesta at the JW Marriott Scottsdale Camelback Inn Resort & Spa, marking a significant milestone in their journey of serving the community. The overwhelming support and positive thoughts from well-wishers were deeply felt.
With almost 300 attendees, including 60 dedicated participants and staff members and their loved ones, the atmosphere at the 50th Anniversary Fiesta was brimming with joy and engagement. The event served as a testament to the unwavering commitment of the STARS organization and the invaluable impact it has had on the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
