Recently, we had the honor of welcoming Senator Mitzi Epstein to our CommunityWork Center. She spent time meeting with participants and staff, learning more about the services we provide, and hearing directly from our team about the challenges and hopes that shape our work. Visits like these are powerful moments that help legislators better understand the value of programs like STARS—and the incredible individuals and families they serve.
