STARS mission is to improve the lives of people with developmental disabilities by providing a wide array of programs that serve a variety of needs.   Our staff is trained, enthusiastic, and devoted to its mission: improving the lives of people with cognitive and developmental disabilities through opportunity. The HR Department

The Human Resources Department is an integral partner at STARS and takes a leadership role to provide service in support of STARS vision by acknowledging that our employees are our most valuable resource.
