We boldly launched two new programs during the pandemic, the first of which was in-home HCBS care. HCBS provides an excellent opportunity for an individual to work on personal goals, improve life skills, and receive family respite assistance. HCBS serves individuals of all ages according to their needs, whether early mornings, evenings or weekends. Available services include homemaker, attendant care, respite and habilitation.
Have extra help when you need it the most.
STARS offers various in-home services with certified and trained Direct Support Professionals (DSP’s). Whether you are looking for attendant care (ATC) with a focus on personal wellbeing and independence, Habilitation (HAH) for strengthening skills and strategies and/or Respite (RSP) for leisure, give us a call, and we’ll take care of the rest.
IN-HOME CARE WHEN YOU NEED IT.
Serving individuals of all ages based on a schedule according to your needs; whether it is early morning, evenings and/or weekends. In-Home care is an excellent opportunity to work on individual goals, going out in the community and providing an additional support system for you and your loved one.
Available services: Attendant Care, Respite and Habilitation and Homemaker.
“Our family has been receiving in-home services for our daughter through HCBS for the past several months. This attendant care has given us some much needed relief for 3 evenings per week. They have also provided us with respite care allowing us to get away for a few days. Their Direct Support Providers are very well screened and trained and we feel confident having them care for our daughter in our home. This extra support has been very beneficial to our family.” – Herrgesell family
