She has led people operations in both startup and corporate environments, guiding teams through mergers, acquisitions, and periods of rapid growth with clarity and steady leadership.
At STARS, Lindsay will oversee facilities improvements, help professionalize internal systems, and support cross-functional alignment as we continue to grow. Her experience transforming complex operations into structured, mission-driven systems makes her an incredible asset to our team.
