After a flood devastated the front half of our Osborn campus, STARS sprung into action, doing all we could to mitigate damages and keep our doors open. We are proud to say that no program time has been lost during this process and STARS has come back stronger than ever. Through this whole process, our facilities coordinator, Cesar Oliveira, has gone above and beyond to restore our facility. Cesar’s efforts have saved our organization countless hours of work and thousands of dollars in what would have been outside fees. We are so grateful to Cesar for his time, expertise, and most of all, his dedication to STARS.
