When an individual with cognitive or developmental challenges is eager to participate in the Arizona workforce, but is not yet able to perform in an independent employment situation, STARS Work Center is uniquely positioned to assist them on their journey.
STARS Employment Partners
Cox Enterprises and Hospice of the Valley; each of them offers our participants the chance to engage in as many as 50 different tasks that provide them the opportunity gain valuable, compensated work experience.
Moreover, Work Center is able to provide the highest level of work quality through its innovative approach to reconditioning remotes and cables for Cox (requiring an eye for detail) and the assembly of welcome packets for Hospice of the Valley (requiring patience and accuracy).
